Opis
Ilość stron: 172
Seria: Językoznawstwo Komputerowe
This book is dedicated to the researchers and students interested in recent achievements concerning methods and techniques of language engineering based on large electronic dictionaries. The proposed dictionary formats and applications (tagger, word forms generator, etc.) are highly language independent. Although this book contains some pieces of software readable only to those who know the respective programming languages (C and PROLOG), its core does not require any special knowledge except some basic linguistic and computer science background. For the convenience of readers not familiar with the classical description of Polish morphology (especially foreigners interested in NLP as well as Polish computer scientists or engineers not familiar with the linguistic description of Polish) we have included some information about the basic notions, without any claim to being exhaustive in our definitions and descriptions. Results presented in this book were mainly obtained within two European projects COPERNICUS 621 GRAMLEX and COPERNICUS 1032 CEGLEX.
